The Mercatus ME1723C Cold Room is a high-performance modular chiller designed for optimal storage of fresh meat and other perishables. Combining durability with energy efficiency, this cold room is ideal for commercial kitchens, restaurants, and food storage facilities.

Key Features:

  • Temperature Control: Maintains temperatures from -2ºC to +8ºC, perfect for fresh meat storage.
  • Robust Insulation: 80mm thick panels made from high-pressure injected, CFC-free polyurethane with a density of 41Kg/m³, ensuring excellent thermal retention.
  • Durable Construction: Non-slip stainless steel floor (not suitable for trolleys) and heated door frames for enhanced durability.
  • Convenient Shelving: Includes freestanding 4-tier aluminium shelving (370mm deep), with a 3-tier configuration near the evaporator. Each shelving section supports up to 400kg.
  • Efficient Operation: Features fan-assisted cooling, fully automatic operation, and a digital controller with temperature display for precise management.
  • User-Friendly Design: Self-closing doors with a stay-open feature, ergonomic handles with a safety opening system, and switchable interior light for ease of use.
  • Secure and Reliable: Equipped with a lock, pressure-equalizing valve, and rounded 45° internal corners for added safety and hygiene.

Installation and Setup: The Mercatus ME1723C is supplied in easy-to-assemble packs. Optional installation services are available, subject to certain site conditions such as a flat, prepared floor and a suitable 13 amp fixed isolator within 1m of the cold room.

Important Notes:
