Shipping & Delivery Policy
UK & Ireland Delivery – From £40.00
Orders are usually processed within 24 hours of receipt. Standard deliveries take place Monday to Friday, between 8:30am and 5:00pm. Orders placed on weekends or after 5:00pm will be processed on the next working day.
We aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible; however, delivery may take 5–9 working days, depending on product availability and location.
Delivery Charges
- UK & Ireland delivery from £40.00
- If delivery charges do not appear at checkout due to product size, weight, or delivery restrictions, we will contact you with a delivery quote.
- For deliveries outside the UK and Ireland, we will contact you to confirm delivery availability and cost before processing your order.
Kerbside Delivery
Please note that all deliveries are kerbside delivery only.
This means goods will be delivered to the nearest accessible point at the delivery address. Drivers are not insured to bring items inside premises, upstairs, or beyond the kerbside.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:
- Suitable access is available for delivery vehicles
- Adequate manpower and equipment are available to move goods from the delivery point
Delivery Estimates
When you place an order, estimated shipping and delivery dates will be provided based on:
- Product availability
- Selected shipping method
- Courier service used
Estimated delivery times may appear during checkout or on the shipping quotes page.
Weight-Based Shipping
Some shipping rates are calculated based on weight. Product weights can be found on individual product pages.
In line with courier policies, all weights are rounded up to the nearest full pound.
International Orders
- We are not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges on international orders. These charges, if applicable, must be paid by the customer.
- Please note that some products cannot be shipped internationally.
