Below listed are the terms and conditions that are relevant to any order placed through the DS Refrigeration website. 

General Information

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland. Any contract will be communicated in English.

The DS Refrigeration website may contain links for suitability; however, external websites are beyond the control of DS Refrigeration and we accept no responsibility for the content of any website it links to.

You must be at least 18 years of age to shop on this site unless doing so under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

By using this website, you are entering into a contract with DS Refrigeration. We welcome both commercial and consumer orders; however, we reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion, including where supplier arrangements apply.

DS Refrigeration uses email as its primary form of communication.

When accepting an order, this constitutes a legally binding contract between you and DS Refrigeration. Acceptance is complete when DS Refrigeration receives full payment for the goods. This will be confirmed by email containing an invoice and order confirmation, including a link to these terms and conditions.

Until DS Refrigeration accepts your offer, no contract for the sale of goods will be in place. The receipt sent to you by email represents your order details.

We recommend that you retain copies of all correspondence for your records.

DS Refrigeration’s Terms & Conditions, Returns Policy, Privacy Policy, and Delivery Terms are subject to change at any time without prior notice. You should review these policies each time you use this website. 

Customer Information

All details provided must be correct, including credit or debit card information. Providing incorrect or false information may constitute fraud and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Sufficient funds must be available on your card to cover the full order value, including delivery charges where applicable.

It is a criminal offence to use a false name. Doing so may result in prosecution and permanent restriction from using the DS Refrigeration website.

When shopping online, you must use your own username and password. Attempting to access another person’s account is fraudulent. We recommend choosing a secure password and keeping your login details private.

Cancellation & Returns Information

Orders may be cancelled up until the point you receive confirmation of dispatch.

If an item you have ordered is damaged or faulty, please email sales@ds-refrigeration.co.uk with notice of intent to return the goods, quoting your order number. Once authorised, goods should be returned to:

It is the customer’s responsibility to return goods to DS Refrigeration. Delays in returning items may result in delays to refunds. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or supplied in error.

If goods are returned and found to be opened, used, or damaged, DS Refrigeration is not obliged to issue a refund.

Where an order is successfully cancelled, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 30 days.

Refunds may be delayed if goods are returned without prior authorisation. 

Guarantee Information

All products sold through our online store are covered by manufacturer or fault warranties unless stated otherwise.

Items that are damaged due to misuse are not covered under warranty. Customers may choose to have the item returned to them or disposed of by DS Refrigeration. If we do not receive instructions within 10 working days of receipt, we will assume authorisation to dispose of the item.

Payment Information

DS Refrigeration accepts payment via all major credit and debit cards. Payments are debited at the time the order is placed.

Prices may include VAT and delivery charges where applicable. The total price will be displayed before order confirmation. All prices are in pounds sterling (£).

Your card provider will apply any currency exchange. DS Refrigeration cannot be held responsible for exchange rate variations or any losses due to currency fluctuations.

Price and Product Information

In the event of a pricing error, DS Refrigeration is not obliged to accept an order at the incorrect price. If an error occurs, we will contact you by email and will not proceed with the order until you confirm acceptance of the correct price.

We aim to correct pricing or product information errors as quickly as possible once identified.
