The Mercatus ME1720C Cold Room is a versatile and reliable modular chiller, designed for efficient storage of fresh meat and other perishable goods. Ideal for commercial kitchens, restaurants, and food storage facilities, it combines durability with advanced cooling technology.

Key Features:

• Temperature Control: Maintains a temperature range of -2ºC to +8ºC, perfectly suited for fresh meat storage.
• High-Quality Insulation: 80mm panels made from high-pressure injected, CFC-free polyurethane with a density of 41Kg/m³, ensuring excellent thermal efficiency.
• Durable Design: Features a non-slip stainless steel floor (not suitable for trolleys) and heated door frames for added durability.
• Spacious Storage: Comes with freestanding 4-tier aluminium shelving (370mm deep), with a 3-tier configuration near the evaporator. Each shelving section supports up to 400kg.
• Efficient Cooling System: Fully automatic operation with fan-assisted cooling ensures consistent and even temperature distribution. A digital controller and temperature display allow for precise monitoring.
• User-Friendly Features: Self-closing doors with a stay-open feature, ergonomic handles with a safety opening system, and a switchable interior light for ease of use.
• Secure and Hygienic: Equipped with a lock, pressure-equalizing valve, and rounded 45° internal corners for added safety and cleanliness.

Installation and Setup: The Mercatus ME1720C Cold Room is supplied as a quick-to-assemble pack for easy setup. Optional installation services are available, subject to site conditions, including a flat, prepared floor and a suitable 13 amp fixed isolator within 1m of the cold room.
