The Mercatus ME1714F Freezer Room is a robust and efficient modular freezing solution, ideal for commercial kitchens, restaurants, and food storage facilities. It combines advanced freezing technology with durable construction to ensure the safe and effective storage of frozen goods.

• Superior Insulation: 80mm thick panels made from high-pressure injected, CFC-free polyurethane with a density of 41Kg/m³, ensuring excellent thermal efficiency and energy savings.
• Durable Flooring: Equipped with a non-slip stainless steel floor (not suitable for trolleys) and heated door frames for enhanced durability and safety in freezing conditions.
• Optimized Storage Space: Includes freestanding 4-tier aluminium shelving (370mm deep), with a 3-tier configuration near the evaporator. Each shelving section supports up to 400kg, offering ample storage capacity.
• Efficient Cooling System: Fully automatic operation with fan-assisted cooling ensures consistent and reliable temperature maintenance. A digital controller and temperature display provide precise control.
• User-Friendly Design: Features self-closing doors with a stay-open feature, ergonomic handles with a safety opening system, and a switchable interior light for ease of use.
• Secure and Hygienic: Includes a lock for added security, a pressure-equalizing valve, and rounded 45° internal corners for ease of cleaning and enhanced hygiene.

Installation and Setup: The Mercatus ME1714F Freezer Room is supplied as a quick-to-assemble pack, making installation straightforward. Optional professional installation services are available, subject to site conditions, such as a flat, prepared floor and a suitable 13 amp fixed isolator within 1m of the freezer room.
