The Kastel KP85/40 is a premium back-counter ice maker, designed for high-demand environments such as bars, restaurants, hotels, discos, and music clubs. Built entirely in stainless steel and engineered with advanced Italian technology, it delivers maximum efficiency, reliability, and crystal-clear full ice cubes every time.

Using a horizontal copper evaporator and spray system, water is evenly distributed to form high-density, solid ice cubes that stay colder for longer—keeping drinks perfectly chilled without diluting flavour. With a production capacity of up to 85kg in 24 hours and a 40kg storage bin, the KP85/40 ensures you’ll always have ice ready, even during peak service hours.

The compact design makes it ideal for fitting neatly behind the bar, with dimensions that allow it to double as a practical work surface without wasting space. Its tropical class rating (+43°C) ensures consistent performance, even in the hottest environments.
