The Coldstar ES40-5P Blast Chiller / Freezer is a professional commercial refrigeration solution designed for rapid chilling and freezing in busy kitchens, catering operations, food production environments and hospitality businesses.
With an impressive temperature range of -40°C to 0°C, the ES40-5P provides the flexibility required for both rapid chilling and deep-freezing applications. Its spacious interior is designed to accommodate 400 × 600 mm pans, making it suitable for standard commercial catering and food preparation requirements.
The unit features a durable 304 stainless steel interior for excellent hygiene, easy cleaning and long-term durability, while the 201 stainless steel exterior provides a robust and professional finish suitable for demanding commercial environments.
Temperature is managed through a Shangfang digital temperature controller, allowing simple and accurate monitoring of the cabinet temperature. The hinged door provides easy access to the interior, while the self-evaporation system helps manage condensation and defrost water without the need for a separate drain.
