Crafted from durable 304 stainless steel, this unit features a self-closing door, recessed safety handle, and internal food probe for accurate core temperature monitoring. The ventilated cooling system and Carel digital controller ensure even, reliable temperature control from +90°C to -18°C.

The EBF-05 accommodates 5 x GN 1/1 pans or 5 x 600x400mm bakery trays, making it a versatile solution for caterers, bakeries, restaurants, and food production kitchens. With castors for mobility, R290 refrigerant, and 13A plug connection, this unit is ready for quick and efficient installation.
